  We were extremely pleased with using Window World to purchase and install new windows. We received excellent customer service from the salesman who came to our house. We received a high quality product for our new windows, and not only does it improve the quality of appearance but we can tell a huge difference in keeping our house better heated or cooled. They sale a high quality product at a very competitive cost, and give excellent customer service.

  My experience with Window World was quick and hassle-free from start to finish. My sales rep, Zach, was up front and honest from the start and the quote he gave me was exactly what I paid. The install was SO FAST! I did not expect them to install 14 windows on a 72-year-old house in 5-6 hours, but Kenny and his crew got it done and left the place clean. I highly recommend Window World!

  We love our new windows from Window World. All of our interaction with the company representatives from the sales consultant, the installers, and the project manager on the day of installation met our expectations. They all did an excellent job explaining everything and answering all of our questions. We highly recommend Window World and would use them again.

  While the windows themselves are of good quality, the installation process was a disaster. There was zero oversight of the crew, and they showed a complete lack of care for my home. The team cracked and split my wood trim, then attempted to "make it work" around a mismeasured window, leaving everything crooked and uneven. The caulking is an absolute mess—it honestly looks like it was applied blindfolded. Despite multiple promises from Window World that these issues would be resolved at no expense to me, I am still waiting. Their only suggestion for the split wood was to "caulk over it" rather than using wood putty or replacing the damaged pieces. I now have to hire outside help to fix their mistakes. Extremely disappointed in the lack of follow-through and craftsmanship.
