The machine still has not been picked up. The customer Service from this location is lacking greatly from the majority of sunbelt locations. I rent often and this experience was a huge disappointment and inconvenience to myself and the client who’s building was being cleaned.

They are a little hard to find as they are tucked away behind another building. It is worth seeking them out though. I will definitely rent from them again.
