When they were told this, they have not honored their contract and come back to insulate the garage. I paid them in full. This company lies and misleads. I would not recommend them. Buyer beware. In talking with the man that referred this company to us, I learned that insulating the attic over the garage is not done because of a fire hazard. First issue: did the salesman that came here and gave us the quote not know this when he said they would? Second issue: Did the person writing the contract not know this either? Third issue: Why didn’t this company give us the respect to tell us this? Again, Buyer Beware! This company has proven to treat their customers with disrespect.
