  Had an appointment scheduled at my home. The point of the appointment was to provide information on how to reduce my usage and find any inefficiencies. The conversation started out fine until I stated I was not interested in installing solar panels. I thought that would be enough; however, the salesperson started getting aggressive on why. I simply restated that i was not interested. He continued to ask questions so I told him to have a good day then walked away. He decided to make one last comment that I must prefer to just pay more in electricity. Bad experience.

  My parents and I were totally stressed out about understanding our solar panel plan and high bills, and to top it off, our previous agent had been MIA. We had SO many questions, and nobody was answering them. But then Micah answered the call and wow... what a difference! She cleared up every single one of our questions, answered follow-ups, and just made everything make sense. The conversation flowed, she had a good sense of humor, and she was just genuinely helpful. It was like a breath of fresh air! Given that communication hadn't been the best with our previous agent (understatement), Micah going above and beyond meant EVERYTHING. She turned a frustrating experience into a super positive one. Incredible. Thanks, Micah for being amazing!

  Huge shoutout to Bryce, Francisco, and Jose at Dynamic EcoHome! After having solar and a new unit installed last year, my AC started acting up due to the original HVAC installation being done incorrectly. Their team stepped in and completely saved the day. They took the time to explain everything, corrected the installation the right way, and resolved every issue I’d been dealing with. The level of professionalism, care, and quality they delivered was outstanding. What could have been a stressful situation ended up being incredibly easy and painless. I’m genuinely grateful for their work — can't thank you enough, Bryce and crew!

  We bought solar panels from Dynamic less than a year ago, and have had a great experience so far. However, I want to highlight recent story that will help demonstrate the character and service they have shown the whole time. This past weekend was an ice storm in north Texas, and I was home, solo with three kids 5 and younger. Around noon our heater (new with the solar panels) just stopped working. I tried to look at it and troubleshoot but eventually started looking frantically around for who installed the system (in emails and paperwork). Getting desperate, I texted the salesman who first came to our door all those months ago and, without much hope, asked if he had any way of tracking the info down. Keep in mind, this was a Saturday during iced in weather. Spencer responded immediately and mobilized assistance. I spoke to Yousef and Isaam who got the facts and found a technician who could come out despite the weather. They all updated me during the entire process. I don’t even know if they were “in office” or just helping from their homes! The tech came out and was able to fix the issue (a screw had come loose and fallen where it shouldn’t be). Dynamics even paid for the service! Kudos to Spencer, Yousef, and Isaam, I really felt like my family mattered and they went above and beyond.
