Gage was super thorough and not only located the leak (that was tucked away in a back corner), but did a phenomenal job repairing the leak. He not only did a great job on the work, but let me ask questions along the way and without being asked offered pictures of the leak (before) and the repair (after). I can't recommend Casto enough and BIG thanks to Gage for restoring my pipes and peace of mind!
- JLJim LewisFeb 4, 20265.0Years ago I had contacted Castro about a pool leak but they weren't handling these types of leaks. I saved thier number and had a plumbing issue this week, so I scheduled a service call with them (AND GLAD I SAVED THIER NUMBER)! Brian called me back right away and took time to listen to my issue, give his input and offer to have their team come out the next day. Julio came out for the service call, he was awesome in all aspects (friendly, explained all he was checking, as well as.diagnosing and resolving the issue). We even talked in detail about the freeze of last week and he explained proper procedure to insure no frozen pipes--just an all around great guy giving great customer service! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, cost competitive plumbing company that far exceeds any of the "big" plumbing companies. I will use them in the future for any plumbing needs!!
