  When Greg arrived to repair my broken garage door spring, he looked into my service history notes & explained that my spring was replaced back in 2006 and that a replacement spring was fully covered under warranty. He also explained upfront the labor repair fee prior to starting his work, and in addition to the spring replacement scope of work, he also repaired some cracked hinges and did a maintenance for my entire garage door system. Following Greg also helped me to quickly set up one of my extra garage door opener remotes and then helped me reset my garage door camera. With helpful repair technicals like Greg, there is a simple reason that Plano Overhead Garage Door has been in business for 50 years. They were onsite within 1 hour, made the repair in less than 50 minutes and I am grateful…. TY!

  Plano Overhead has been my go-to place for garage door repairs for the past 23 years. They have always done a great job, which includes the service call I had today. Andrew Hill was on time, went through diagnostics quickly and skillfully replaced the necessary part. My door is working like a champ again and I am very appreciative of everyone at Plano Overhead.

  I called Plano Garage almost at the end of the day and they were able to squeeze me in to take a look. They sent Greg Boshart over in 10 min. It was so fast. Greg came and greeted me with energy although it is almost end of the day. He is very nice and gave me couple options to fix my garage. It is nice because I am on a low budget. He fixed it and also helped me fix other problems and it came out like new and quiet. Greg is better than all other door guys in my life.

  Plano Overhead doors provided excellent customer service and installed our new garage door opener for a reasonable price. From the time I called to the time our new garage door was installed was literally 3 hours. The technician walked us through the new garage door options and helped both my wife and I get up and running with the app before he left. He provided advice about our garage door and things that may go wrong, some day, and the appropriate action to take when they do. Very proficient company and experienced and informative technician.

  My garage door opener remotes slowly stopped working and new batteries didn't help. I called Plano Overhead Garage Door in the morning and they sent Casey out at 1pm the same day. Casey was fantastic, patient, explained everything and even tried to see if the part needed was available. It wasn't so I went with a new and way better opener than the 16 year old one. Casey made sure I understood the new features including how Bluetooth connections work differently. He explained everything that was replaced (a lot more than I thought!), had a constant smile and I am just so very pleased with the service! Thank you, again Casey!!
