  DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR NEVER LOSE A PENNY PROGRAM! I just had to lose $710 and justify it with text reminders to service my items, refusal to use my funds on repairs that cost $500 because it wasn't a major system. I am supposed to believe I received enough benefit to the money for the 1 visit per year to wait until I have to replace a major system. This is NOT how it was pitched to me in 2022 when it was brand new. They do not stand by you if it means using your funds.

  Austin and Milestone were fantastic! I was panicking with over an inch of water in several rooms downstairs, trying to wet vac the water. Austin got here and quickly took charge of things and got the hot water turned off. He carefully explained the initial charges and then when he could put an estimate together for the entire job sat down with me. I called them because I had heard their ads on The Ticket and the ads don’t lie, they’re very good and professional

  We have used Milestone for several major home repairs and every time our experience has been exceptional! From the first phone call reporting a problem through the final walkthrough, every person is friendly and knowledgeable. Milestone is the only company we will call for anything around our home. Their customer service and workmanship consistently exceeds our expectations. We are lifelong customers and can’t be more impressed with their company! Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

  I hired Milestone to replace an extension water heater connected to my tankless system, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. While the initial diagnostic was fine, everything after that was poorly executed. The plumbing and electrical teams did not coordinate at all. The heater was replaced, but the electrical work was not up to code—something that should never happen within the same company. This dragged into a three-day mess. On day two, they showed up late (around 6:30 PM) to fix issues and assured me everything was complete. Yet the third-day appointment was never canceled. I was woken up at 7:30 AM for a visit I didn’t need. Even after calling twice to cancel, a technician still showed up—completely unaware the work had already been finished. Scheduling and communication are chaotic. You’ll get multiple calls and messages, but no one seems to know what anyone else is doing. Spending $5K+ for this level of disorganization and poor customer experience is completely unacceptable. I expected far better.
