Drip lines are not attached appropriately and my new ac flooded my ceiling. My electrician saw one of their workers opening PEEING in my attic. I could go on, but this should be enough. Picture is of wet attic floor and water coming through ceiling weeks after installation.

Great company overall as well, they made everything easy. When they didn’t have the filters my units needed in the truck, they had them delivered very quickly and Rafael installed them before he left! Thanks again!
