They came out within 2 hours. Kyle was excellent. My door came off the tracks. Kyle realigned the door, tuned it up and serviced everything…..it works like new. Also, Kyle reprogrammed my keypad which had not worked in over a year. And….the Price was very reasonable. Thank you Robin and Kyle! You saved the day.

I got a ridiculous amount of quotes from Plano Overhead before finally settling on one, they had quick response times, the team that came out (Jarrod and Jake) were very nice and I am happy with the finished product. We have a window issue from the manufacturer (not Plano Overheads fault) and Sandy was quick to submit the warranty for the replacement. I would recommend Plano Overhead, they are a great team to work with and we will definitely use them in the future.

- BGBob GieseJan 3, 20265.0Casey came out same day after I closed the garage door on an open closet door and threw it off track and unwound the cable. He wound the cable, put back the roller on track, and fixed the opener track that had become dislodged and reset the open and close limits. He examined entire door and found two hinges that were broken and replaced them. Then he ensured the entire door was level with the tracks. The whole time he walked me through the process and answered my questions as he went. I learned a lot and am very grateful for the wonderful job he did!

He was polite, explained everything thoroughly, did a great job with the repair and finished up quickly. It's no wonder he has so many 5-star reviews!
