  I contacted Intensa Dry after water damage during the January 2026 ice storm in Plano, which was an incredibly stressful situation. They answered my call in the middle of the storm, arrived quickly despite the icy roads, immediately identified the affected areas, and handled everything exceptionally well from start to finish. Their team managed the tear-out and drying process with care and precision. They set up commercial-grade equipment, including dehumidifiers and air movers, and monitored progress daily—taking detailed moisture readings to track the progress of the drying process, and documenting everything with photos. This gave me real peace of mind throughout mitigation. The reconstruction work was excellent. They matched the original materials, drywall texture, paint, and intricate floor tile and woodwork. When the project was complete, everything looked as it did before the damage—meeting or exceeding my expectations. The crew—Luis, Bobby, Francisco, Alex, Manuel, and Yordis—was polite, professional, and thorough in answering questions and addressing concerns. The owner, Elnard, was especially patient, responsive, and attentive throughout. They kept the workspace clean, protected unaffected areas, and communicated clearly at every stage. They also took the time to explain moisture control, mold prevention standards, and the antimicrobial treatments used to ensure the home was safe. What could have been a very stressful situation ended up being much easier to manage, thanks to how well their team handled everything. If you need professional water damage restoration in the Plano area, I highly recommend Intensa Dry based on my firsthand experience.   Our dishwasher decided our home should operate more like a house boat, and I was so impressed by how quickly and kindly the guys at Intensadry got out to us and immediately started mitigation to stop the damage. Luis and Bobby were our day to day guys and I cannot say enough good things about them. Communication and consistency in care was phenomenal. Luis even made sure to be there to help with our insurance claim adjuster’s questions to make sure we were taken care of. And Bobby helped me with questions about countertop surfaces, even though that’s not even what he was there for. You cannot go wrong with these folks.

  My house in GrapeVine got flooded and this company came out on an emergency call and took care of me with diligence. 24 hours response and they were here at my front door within 30 minutes. Awesome work and great communication, highly recommended.

  Absolute best team of guys I had my water extracted at 2 in the morning in Dallas from pipe burst in the attic. While my property in Sachse was get restored & mitigated. They had clean equipment only in both my homes. On time to each of there readings didn’t waste my time & didn’t leave any mess. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Love you guys thanks!😊

The CEO of Intensa Dry took personal responsibility for the entire project and assembled highly skilled people to do an amazing work. The quality of work was highly praiseworthy and was done skillfully and professionally. The CEO explained every step of the work and answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns diligently and thoroughly. We would recommend Intensa unhesitatingly.
