Collin was the guy they sent out to talk us through our options. I have been unlucky enough to need new AC's in 3/4 of our homes in the past so I, unfortunately, have a lot of experience with these types of vendors. Collin is singularly THE MOST knowledgeable and most able to effectively communicate in a way that the average consumer can understand. He went above and beyond in his customer service too--following up to check on everything the next day (which is standard operating procedure for their company), and even helping me get a thermostat program set up for my finicky mama. The guys who installed were excellent, efficient, and very respectful. They finished well under the expected timeframe. I am so pleased with the care we receive.
