  Zach was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He took pictures of the HVAC unit and supplied a written report as well as explaining the issues to me. He even pointed out what another hvac company should’ve done (I was charged for but equipment wasn’t installed). He made honest suggestions about what to ask the company who installed the system since it’s under warranty. Very courteous when answering my questions. Recommended a course of action so I could check against their answers. Cody & Sons will be my go to company from now on. Very impressed.

  Booked my appointment online using their website. Received a text confirmation and then another text when they dispatched the technician to my house. Cody arrived on-time, was respectful of my house, and was patient in answering my questions about my hot water heater. Pricing was transparent and fair. Will be using them again!
