Given options to solve the issue and was fortunate to avoid pipe replacement (for now) with the hydropowerwash solution. He saved no effort to repair the toilet leaks and installed new flushing kit and water line. He also inspected all property and provided written recommendation to do proactive upgrades to water valves at reasonable cost
