- ABAndrew BDec 6, 20255.0Easy process/not pushy and Gretchen is great. You will pay a PID that is $3,042 a year it’s the same cost no matter what house you get and 850 a year for HOA. Keep those costs in mind but great experience.

A new home build next to ours has a for lease sign so I called the office and was told the following… “The builder prefers that it is owner occupied for a year but we don’t enforce it “
