He is an outside salesman who just happened to be in the office when I called. What I appreciated is that he didn't put me on hold to wait for inside sales. He answered all my questions and made suggestions to help keep cost down. After picking up equipment and starting the job after store hours, we had a problem. Raul answered the call and so did the office. They sent out equipment to replace within an 1.5hrs. That is pretty impressive. Usually I would be told I have to wait til morning. The job was crazy but everyone at this branch helped me get the job done. Even the manager Marvin, called to make sure we were taken care of. Customer service goes a long way with my family and me. We are glad to be a part of United Rentals customers.
