  These guys took very good care of my elderly parents for me as I live out of state. They went the extra mile to make sure my parents could charge their phones so they could keep in contact with me while we waited for Magic Valley to restore their power. Their prices are more than fair and their customer service is unmatched. I Will definitely call them again for my parent's electrical needs and I highly recommend you give them a try.

  I was in a jam. I own a company called Shushbooth and we put one of our "study pod/phone booths" in the Speer Memorial Library in Mission. The light and fan was not working. Im in Houston so I needed help. I talked to Anthony at Alpha Electric and I explained the problem and he understood right away. He sent his guy Frank Sanchez to assess and fix the issue. Found out some of the wires were not connected. He did alot of troubleshooting which showed to me how knowledgeable and professional they are. They fixed the problem and the library and I were very happy! I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

  As a private business with over 600 employees, experiencing an electrical fire in our main breaker switch inside a primary electrical cabinet was one of the most critical emergencies we’ve ever faced. Heavy-gauge wire had burned and crystallized, and the surrounding walls showed clear signs of extreme heat. The situation could have been catastrophic. We called Alpha Electrical Solutions at 11:00 AM on a Friday. By 4:00 PM that same day, they had secured a city permit and coordinated a complete shutdown with AEP. Their response time and ability to mobilize immediately were nothing short of impressive. They ordered 8,000 feet of wire and a replacement main breaker switch, hot-shotted from both Austin and Houston — and both deliveries arrived on time as promised. Their crews were absolute beasts on the job site. They ran both day and night crews, working around the clock without hesitation. Not a single employee slowed down. No one arrived late. The level of professionalism, urgency, and coordination was remarkable. After approximately 60 straight hours of labor, Alpha Electrical Solutions completed all repairs and successfully energized our building — bringing our facility back to life. In a moment where downtime could have severely impacted our operations and our people, Alpha stepped up and delivered beyond expectations. We are incredibly grateful for their expertise, responsiveness, and work ethic. I would highly recommend Alpha Electrical Solutions to any business needing dependable, high-caliber electrical support.

  I was truly in a bind, I was depending on a independent electrician to come by and help me out but he never showed up and I waited for 2 weeks. I had hired a moving company to transport a mobile home from San Benito to harlingen. The company that transported the mobile was told they had to remove all wiring from inside of the house to the pole in San benito. Then when the home arrived in Harlingen there were absolutely no wiring in the pole to connect the home too. Therefore it was a complete installation. I called Alpha one day and the next day they were there in the morning and they finished that day and the people were able to move in the next day. I truly do thank you for your prompt respond and the guys were great who work with me. I have your number!

  Alpha Electrical Solutions was very quick to help. They sent out an electrician within 20 minutes of my call. Oscar was very helpful with my issue and resolved it very quickly. Great customer service. Highly recommend!
