  After several frustrating and sometimes outrageous offers for the repair, we finally called a friend who had been very pleased with Mpact. He was right. The work was great and reasonably priced.

  I’ve used Mpact roofing for a couple of different smaller roof jobs around my house, after the last round of hail damage I called Mpact, I worked with Doug Bennefield and honestly he’s the main reason I hired Mpact roofing to replace my roof. He has exceptional communication skills and when you are getting a 20k+ roof you want the best service. He answered every question with care and gave really precise answers to help me understand the scope of the work. He didn’t push relentlessly on the upgrades that were available, but explained things really well and I did order the ethic breeze to remove the hot air out of the attic in the summer. The crew that came out to do the work were fantastic, the roof is perfect, the cleanup was exceptional, every single nail and shard of the old roof taken away, this crew worked tirelessly for the time they were here. The office staff is also wonderful, Stormy handled all of the billing and did a very good job explaining what I would owe, we were able to get supplemental work Completed and with their software and team, it was submitted to my insurance company, and everything was taken care of with the exception of my deductible and the upgrade. I cannot recommend Doug from Mpact roofing enough or the Mpact team for the incredible work they do

  They did a thorough inspection of the 15 year old roof to make sure everything was tight. They had insurance for the worker. They did the necessary work. It gave me peace of mind. The priced seemed on the high side of reasonable, but worth it.

  Mpact roofing has been taking care of my roof for years! I always receive excellent service complete with honesty and integrity, from maintenance when there is some weather damage to updates with gutters and attic fans-I have not found a better company form my roof and attic needs. Highly recommend!!
