  My tub/shower faucet wasn't working and no water was coming out when I turned the faucet on. Epic plumbing replaced the cartridge in the wall and also installed new fixtures for the tub/shower faucet. They also replaced the valves for the washer. They replaced my tankless water heater with a new one. They did a very good job in the installation, testing, and clean up. They answered all my questions and concerns. I would recommend them for plumbing services.

  I would like to say Epic did a fantastic job on my main water leak in an outside wall. Techs Reese and Sean did an epic job of finding the leak while explaining every step. Reese found the difficult leak on first attempt. His work was first class and very professional. He left the place cleaner than when he found it. Epic answered my call first thing in the morning and stayed until job was completed. Epic is my go to plumber from now on. I highly recommend Epic. Thanks for a job well done .

  Called EPIC Plumbing for leaky toilet and they came out that same day and were very helpful. Juan was very good although the job is not yet finished as of this writing they had to order parts and he will return to finish the job. Leak has now been minimized and problem with faucette placement behind the toilet was fixed well. Will update this review when the job is fully done. So far am happy with their responsiveness and good tech attitude.

  This was my first experience with Epic Plumbing and I selected them based on other reviews. I was pretty sure I needed a water heater replacement and called for an estimate. They scheduled that for two business days later. Jake and Dylan did a nice job collecting data/symptoms and quoting several options for me. I was very happy Dylan was able to change out the water heater on the spot without scheduling another appointment for the work itself. Both were patient with my questions and very helpful and polite. I'll use this company again.

  Epic repiped our entire 1-1/2 story home in five days. Their crew chief, Jesus Rodriguez, and his team did a perfect job. The integrity of these men was evident in their constant inspections and the care they took to make as few wall openings as possible to route the PEX lines to every toilet, basin, tub, shower, sink, dishwasher,, etc.— even hose outlets. Every evening they pushed tools and equipment away from walk space in the garage, and cleaned up as well as possible. They kept us up to date on their progress and could answer every question we had. And we enjoyed their company too!
