- RDRhonda DohrAug 1, 20251.0$2,000 water heater installed in Aug 2023 - the pilot light won't stay lit. Sonny's told me they don't service residential anymore, they can refer me to another company. Sonny's said likely I will need to pay labor, but Rheem may send me the part for free. Do better.

Waiting on a bid so we can move quickly in getting our issues fixed. Would l8ve to have Mr. Ramon back to do our work. He needs a raise. We will Grace Christian Academy will continue to do business with your company. Sonny's plumbing and Mr. Ramon by far the Best!!!
- KOKathy OlveraJun 28, 20235.0Richard deserves a raise! The tankless hot water heater and the shower valve and trim in my 2nd bathroom were installed yesterday. The plumbers that did the job were excellent and the roofers were right on time to do their part. I know it’s not easy to organize jobs including multiple contractors but it all went smoothly. Also Kyle (who installed the bathtub) worked sooooo hard! He needs a raise also !!! Thanks Audrey we are very pleased 😀
