On Monday, Nick the tech, was on time. He did a good job of explaining and showing me the issues with our AC unit. We had a full new system installed the next day. The process was easy. Thanked god I didn't do it due to the damper is still currently working and it's not broken. I will stay away from this company. Tells you it's broken but it's not. Poor thing.

The first time he came and after explaining the situation he was able to pinpoint the problem and my a/c was up and running in no time. This 2nd time another a/c problem and again, he found the problem in a short time and got my a/c fixed. Gary is a very nice person and really knows his job. I highly recommend him as his work is very professional.
