This previous spring, our furnace for our downstairs heat stopped working (both furnaces are 21 years old). After some tinkering and not being able to find a manual, I called Payless Cooling and Heating based on many Nextdoor recommendations, and they did not disappoint. It was the day a new cold front was coming in and they were out to my home quickly. When they looked at the furnace and tried many different trouble shooting techniques, they let me know that the parts could be replaced, and also offered me a great deal on a new furnace that was not much more than the parts would be over time. I decided to get the new furnace and within a few hours, we had heat again! They were professional, thorough, efficient, and very polite. I am happy to now have a go-to for any future HVAC work my home will need!
