My experience with McCauley Glass gets down to using an expert when needed. The other day I was replacing a piece of bent glass in a Gas pump door. I tempted to put the seal and glass in myself for a few hours. I didn’t realize that I needed an expert. I took it to McCauley Glass. They had a few days. When I went to pick it up, the work was Perfect. I couldn’t be more pleased Thank you. I’ll call again when I need glass work .

The first appointment with McCauley was for a price but no one showed. I called and Julie apologized and rescheduled me. The next day no one showed again, so I called again. No one answered but a few hours later I received a call from Jay. He scheduled and did come by to look. He couldn’t do anything by himself but assured me he would call if he and another guy couldn’t come back that day. He also said if he couldn’t make it they would definitely be there Monday. Again, no show and no call. I understand things happen but at least call me.
