I messaged through their website but did not hear back about refund since it couldn’t be used. We had to take it down and had to spend more money on a quick fix since we had guests coming the next morning for thanksgiving.

My experience with McCauley Glass gets down to using an expert when needed. The other day I was replacing a piece of bent glass in a Gas pump door. I tempted to put the seal and glass in myself for a few hours. I didn’t realize that I needed an expert. I took it to McCauley Glass. They had a few days. When I went to pick it up, the work was Perfect. I couldn’t be more pleased Thank you. I’ll call again when I need glass work .
