  Had a significant issue with drains backing up in the bathtub and bathroom sink. Called Epic, they had a technician out to me at my requested scheduled time. My tech Donnel investigated the problem and then communicated three ways to eliminate the backup. His explanations were clear and he even showed me the main problem which was under the elevated subfloor. We agreed to a price on the repair which would eliminate the problem for a significant amount of time. Work was completed the same day and I'm very happy. Thank you Donnel, very professional, friendly and got in there to get the job done. Will definitely use Epic for my plumbing needs and hope Donnel is available.

  Main water line leak Had Epic come out to evaluate 2 choices- Repair existing line or replace PVC line with Pex so it will move with the shifting soil caused by the old oak tree. Great job as promised for a reasonable price Good communications and response to questions Family owned local company I dont even bother to get multiple bods anymore and this is my 2nd job I had them do and happy with their work and price.

  I had what sounded like a water leak and Daniel came over to inspect my drain system. He was incredibly professional, fast and knowledgeable. I will happily reach out to Epic in the future with any plumbing needs.

  The team at Epic plumbing were fantastic. The office personal Stefanie and Sarah were friendly and had great communication through the entire process. Jonathan the tech was very knowledgeable and really helped get to the bottom of the issue and educated me through the process. Great communication, great team!

  Epic Plumbing was hired for a larger job redoing the entire sewer and drain lines. They were thorough and explained all parts of the process in detail, following up with me whenever a change in plan was needed, explaining what they needed to do and why they needed to do it. The plumbers were all very personable and easy to work with and talk to, and tmit was quick and simple communicating with administrative staff about scheduling, payments, work scope, etc. They are very much recommended!
