I’m not a HVAC tech, so all the specifics and scary photos he was showing me didn’t make sense. He quoted a $4300 repair to just my heater and a $4900 replacement. Nothing else. He tried to charge me $95 when the trip charge was quoted at $79. My heat is now fixed for under $1000. This company has helped me in the past, but I’ve lost faith in them now.
