  TLDR: Great experience; highly recommend. 1-800-Plumber +Air was the only HVAC company that offered a modular solution for my home, saving me well over ten thousand dollars. Charon and the team were super-professional, showing up on time, maintaining a tidy work area, communicating along the way and, no evidence they were ever there, other than the brand-new condenser unit. The price Charon quoted was, indeed, the walk-out price, and it held true at the end of the job (seriously: I was expecting tax and labor to be added to the amount quoted; what a pleasant surprise to learn that the original number quoted would be all I’d have to pay!). I got a top-tier brand, with an appreciably better SEER rating, and a ten year warranty. And it works like a champ! Finally, I think it bears mentioning: Charon *listened* to me when I explained the situation with the system (the reason I was having HVAC companies out to quote), and what I wanted in a solution (“buy once, cry once”), with that understanding, Charon made a recommendation with zero pressure, zero scare tactics. In fact, I’m 100% sure that the solution he recommended was the one *he* would want if he were in my situation. He answered all of my questions in layman’s terms, and offered flexible payment options, including interest-free, same-as-cash payment plans. I would unhesitatingly recommend my local 1-800-Plumber +Air for their outstanding service, honest dealing, high degree of professionalism, no-pressure, straightforward pricing, and modular solutions.

  Jorge Murillo returned and rectified all the previous technician’s shortcomings. He ensured that all my questions were addressed. If you’re planning to install a tankless water heater, make sure to request him. My tankless water heater is now functioning optimally!

  I had Chris Besse from 1-800 Plumber come out to give me some options for a new water heater. I have some specific challenges in my house and Chris did a great job thinking outside-the-box for ways to address the problems. The quotes ranged from modest to high depending on the complexity of the job, but I think I have narrowed it down to a solution that will work well for me and my budget. The work was completed on Monday. It was a long job for Chris and Evan, they worked hard. They explained everything and cleaned up afterwards. I now have a new water heater and hot water. Great job, I highly recommend.

  Joshua Duran came to my home to fix or replace my garbage disposal . I told him I had a home warranty but I will be paying him and they will reimburse me , what is the charge if I had to replace it he quoted me $900+ can’t remember the exact amount ,I told him that did not sound right I think he was trying to over charge me then he changed it to $579.06 then proceeded to tell me if he unjam it it’s $265 and if it doesn’t work I will have to pay the $265 for unjaming along with $579.06 I ask him why it stop working he stated it probably was a metal he couldn’t describe or specify where the metal was after taking it apart, I called the warranty office they talk to Joshua and asked him what caused it to malfunction he told them he didn’t know if your a professional plumber you should know He proceeded to remove the disposal and still didn’t know why it stopped working . I told him its probably normal wear and tear since you can’t find what was wrong, I called them back ones the disposal was removed they ask him again what was the reason it stopped working he told them again he didn’t know but then he proceeded to tell them and I quote She want me to say it’s wear and tear but I’m not going to lie how in the world you are not going to lie when you don’t know what cause it to malfunction. They did not pay I had to pay for the service. I’m assuming it’s because I did not want to replace my water heater no matter how much discount I feel he was trying to pressure me to get a new water heater after I told him not now then he came up with discount or interest free service . Very unprofessional Lost my business.
