I contacted Rinnai & they connected me with 4 plumbers out in my area, 1800 was the closest so I went with them- Jorge Murillo did a great job. He showed me what the issue was and once Rinnai sent the part over (in a few days) he came back right away. We have hot water again all over the house. Thanks for your help. Definitely using their services again.

There was easy access because sheetrock was removed and cabinet had no countertop. He called office to get $200 off if I cut out the hole in cabinet. Another company did it in 1 hour for $250

No way will I give my business to these people
