- LRLori RamirezApr 14, 20261.0They added on a charge after they did the labor without consulting first- they tried to charge me $650 to put my toilet and sink back in that they removed- they purposefully left it out of the quote which seemed sketchy. They did negotiate down to $350, but I still feel this was very unfair and shady. I would use another flooring company. If you do use them be very careful!! The work they did was fine though.

Mike came all the way to Katy to give us an estimate and we were very impressed with his professionalism and honest attitude. He measured things up, gave us an estimate that was less than the other big flooring company gave us. The installation crew was top notch and we are very happy with the whole 5 Star experience.
- EBEric BNov 23, 20225.0We did a lot of research before redoing our entire house floors. We went with luxury vinyl plank and the bathroom porcelain tile. We ended up going with Five Star Floors Pearland after visiting with Mike and the team. They were thorough in answering all our questions. We visited the store several times and even changed our floors with no issues. The price was great, the quality was even better. The whole staff was excellent and payment was professional as far as what you put down then pay when finished. Some places locally in our research wanted all the money before they started. That was a concern for us because what if the work was subpar, they would have all my money and probably care less. Mike at Five Star didn’t ask for the money until we were 100% satisfied. We even had a couple areas that needed attention and they came out and made it right. We spent a lot of money doing the whole house and the investment with Five Star Floors was the way to go!
