  I had a difficult time finding a company that could repair the broken window in my rear entry door. I finally called Johnson Glass, who were able to send someone out to measure for a quote that same day. John came, measured the window, and said he thought they could do it the next day. The office called a little while after John left snd gave me a quote that was much less than I was expecting and said it could be fixed the next morning. Sylvester and Darren came out and replaced the broken glass on the door, and left the work area looking better than when they started work. I would definitely call Johnson Glass & Mirror if we ever need a window repair again.

  Maria helped me coordinate, and Sylvester did a great job with the LED mirror I needed mounted. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

  The worker left without finishing the job and the owner tried to charge me additional for sending someone out to complete it. She said she’d have to pay her worker to return. I explained that she shouldn’t pay someone to fix their mistake, but that’s her business and not my responsibility. This company used to be great, don’t know what happened.
