  I would like to compliment Omar for his dedicated assistance with unlocking my car and providing replacement keys for it. Omar was courteous, professional, and efficient. He did a great job and I’m thankful for his excellent service. Thank you Omar and Red’s team!

  ***BUYER BEWARE**** Unlees you know what you need and u are familiar with why ur doing don’t buy from here!! I made the mistake of coming here bc I had been here and they got guys working thy are suppose help you find why you need…. I came in knowing I could go to Home Depot and get the hint for half the price but I live 4 min away from them so I came in showed them a picture and they got me a guy to help and gave me a breaker said it would work and when my electrician came it was not the right one l…. I ccs me back the following day and tried to return the breaker totqlb19.45 or something well to my surprise there is a no return policy on breakers and allegedly there are signs all over that say they don’t return them. Just go to Home Depot and buy is what I should have done it’s ridiculous they got the manager or someone and she tells me that it says on the case they don’t return them well I never got a chance to look at the case since someone unlocked it and supposedly got me what I needed and walked me to the register. Anyhow just beware bad business to lose a customer over 19.45 I will now be driving a little further but for peace of mind that if they get me the wrong thing I can atleast go and get my stuff back. They got regular workers helping and they are always helpful and polite but probably not experts which is ok but whoever this lady was that was the manager just looked at me like you should of read the sign? Well I walked in and the cashier immediately called someone to come help and they looked at my phone unlocked they case and got me something. Very cheap and bad business just beware if you want you can go to Home Depot and they atleast will return their product maybe even getting credit would of been fine since they are so close to me I would have continued coming back bc I purchase my house 5/5 and have already been here atleast a dozen times but my business to them is dead. Bad customer service and then they are willing to tell u no to even tho u have a receipt and the people they got working there give u the wrong thing. Smh

  This store has nice people but needed to get a key made and drove all the way over to the store just to be told that section of the store was not open on Sunday I would have given a better rating but the last time I came here I was looking for some washers and a bolt I just wanted to browse for myself and if I needed help I’d ask I like to shop in peace but one odd the guys kept following me around even after I told him I was ok and didn’t need any help when I discovered I was not gonna be able to find on my own I asked Anna the smart mouth guy said I thought you didn’t need help and sure fair play but I didn’t at the time need his help come to find out the things I was looking for are in the back note I’m not sure if it’s still like that because it was like 6 years ago but ever since then is why I did not come back which brings me to today the lack of advertising no signs that indicate they don’t cut keys on a Sunday on the web page nothing it would be nice if that was something that stands out when you look up a store that does a certain service like Keys not made on Sundays . Super simple just think about it guys .
