  Contacted Mr. Sparky to replace a 15amp AFCI breaker in the box, which had failed (~ 15 years old). They arrived promptly and the technician was polite and professional, but they wanted $575 to replace one breaker. That's a $70 breaker and $500 in labor for a 5 minute job. I politely passed and watched some videos and did the replacement myself; however, I still had to pay the $80 appointment fee. Very professional but the pricing is simply outrageous. I should have requested an estimate over the phone. SAFETY WARNING: Please do not mess with your electrical box if you do not know what you are doing, and even then, don't do it. Hire a professional.

  We called and got a same day appointment. Oliver came out and was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Will definitely use them again for any electrical needs in the future.

  Spoke to Riley in the office who got me squeezed in for a next day service, tech arrived on time and was very efficient with getting my gfci replaced and all my outlets back up and running! To top it off, cost less than the toaster oven I thought I was going to have to replace!! Will use again.
