I gave the guy over the phone specific dimensions of the little window I needed, but when I got there the lady at the front desk charged me double what I was quoted and said that they don't have any guys that answer the phone, ever. Double checked just to make sure I didn't call a different store... nope, it was the one I was in. To my amusement, the front desk lady had an attitude, which finally triggered my desire of sharing my experience at this place.
