Today, I had another wonderful experience with Tom Mechanical’s service technician, Marvin Hughes, II. Marvin arrived at least thirty-minutes early. Marvin is very personable, polite, respectful, and knowledgeable with great communication skills. Prior to doing my seasonal spring inspection, Marvin reminded me that I would be responsible for the cost of the filter, which is no longer included in the yearly contract. He inspected the unit in the attic, replaced the filter and inspected the unit outside and adjusted its position on the base because it was leaning. He also replaced the emergency drain pan in the attic, which he told me last fall it needed to be replaced and the cost of same, he showed me before and after pictures of the new drain pan and explained in detail what he had done to address the issue with the duct placement and sealed it to improve air flow. I look forward to seeing Marvin later this year for my fall seasonal inspection.

Love Tom's Mechanical and Kris. So responsive, so nice and friendly, and so professional. I've been a customer for around 30 years, and they've been great! Reasonably priced and wonderful maintenance, as well as necessary service. Highly recommended!
My technician, Garrett, was efficient and pleasant to deal. He has excellent customer skills, explained everything thoroughly, and did not attempt to pressure me to make a decision.

Joshua provided an excellent HVAC service during our recent maintenance checkup and duct relocation. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the relocation process in simple, easy-to-understand terms. He provided an immediate quote, was courteous throughout the visit, and made sure all questions were answered. The entire experience was smooth and professional, and his expertise was evident from start to finish. Highly recommend his service.
My husband and I have used Tom's Mechanical for over 20 years. They are very reliable and straight forward. Maybe not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.
Garrett came to our home today for our Spring a/c checkup. He was very thorough and courteous. All of Tom's representatives are well trained. We get a Fall heating inspection too. When Tom's fixes something, you won't have to keep calling them out for subsequent repairs. Tom's makes us feel appreciated as their customer which makes for a great working relationship.
