The office personnel were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable; they kept me informed of every step of the process! Technician Luis Villanueva was both passionate and knowledgeable about the HVAC industry, and carefully explained everything to me in terms that I could easily understand (without being condescending). To be perfectly honest, Luis was the reason that I ultimately decided to choose Hall's. The installation crew consisted of Jo-Jo, Jacob and Ethan (sorry guys, I don't remember your last names). They also were extremely professional, and performed every step of the installation process quickly and thoroughly. At the end of the process, they cleaned up EVERYTHING, and carefully explained everything that I needed to know, as well as politely answering all of my questions. At this point, I'm very pleased that we chose to go with Hall's, and we will gladly work with them in the future. Thanks again Hall's!!
