Trimmed out a little rough, a few places obscured from view were not all the way to wall, finishing guy showed up with shop vac and left black tarry marks all over floor that I am still working to get up and there are 2 spots where the floor "gives" a little. Work was done on time and was reasonably priced. Hard working people. Just need a professional finisher and some polishing for one more star on the rating.
