  I bought 200to link belt crane from this group. Paid their sister company to st it and deliver. Pulled in my yard blowing Hydrolic fluid everywhere. The Hydrolic oil cooler was busted. $7,800 to order parts. 3 weeks later and still haven’t been able to lift the boom out of the cradle. Called Prolift and they basically told me to kick rocks not their problem. Buyers do not trust this group!

  I used this crane company and they were very un organized, 2 times they were late to a job and crane operator blaming dispatch and dispatch blaming safety guy and operator. Not only were they 4 hours late as they were rigging up crane unit the crane ran out of diesel!! They were told that they were going to need relief at with in 12 hours of working on location, well that time came up and no relief showed up until about 2 hours later so Marathon kicked Entrec off location right in the middle of doing the job. I encourage you not to use this crane company they made me look really bad and made my customer look really bad also I will never call them again for a crane job or even pass on the number to anybody when they are looking for a crane. I really hope the owner is looking and reading this post, they should really do something about the management that they have working for them.
