  Our tech Gabe was very good! Professional, courteous and fast. We had new water heater installed and it was not heating properly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and corrected it in 30 minutes. He was very sympathetic to our situation and set my wife and I at ease. Great guy and great representative of your company!

  I had a plumbing emergency called around to a bunch of companies, seeing if they could fit me in today (Friday in the evening) They did an excellent job at immediately getting me in touch with one of their plumbers. Scheduling an appointment and keeping me up-to-date on ETA. They walked me through everything that they were looking at and the issues that they were finding. They also talked me through the financial aspect to help me make the choice for my situation. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!

  I'm torn. When I called, they were able to schedule someone immediately, they came out and was there within 30-40 min I think. But... they wanted $495 to swap out a valve behind the refrigerator, which was already fully accessible. They needed only to cut about a 10x10" drywall out to be able to desolder/solder valves. I scoffed at first, but due to still being in the process of moving and simply not having the time to address it myself, I was kind of forced to move forward with them. They did fine work. I just think they need to drastically reconsider their pricing scheme because one either needs to be desperate (like me) or stupid to pay their prices.

Three days ago, I was under enormous stress — both my kids’ bathroom and my master bathroom were completely clogged, including the bathtubs and shower. I can’t even describe how overwhelming it was trying to find a plumber during this busy holiday weekend. Then I contacted Schrader Plumbing, and everything changed. From the moment I called, I felt like help was truly on the way. They immediately sent one of their top professionals, Austin Ober, the team leader — and let me tell you, he is absolutely outstanding. Austin is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also kind, empathetic, and trustworthy — qualities you don’t always find in this line of work. He made me feel completely at ease that my home was in good hands. Austin came out to diagnose the issue with his partner, and today Dooley and Daniel completed the job perfectly. They went above and beyond, working together smoothly and making sure everything was done right. On Good Friday, when many companies were closed, Schrader Plumbing showed up and delivered exceptional service — that speaks volumes about their dedication and company culture. The teamwork, communication, and professionalism from Austin, Dooley, and Daniel gave my family peace of mind and restored both our bathrooms beautifully. I’m beyond grateful and truly feel blessed.
