  Everything about Schrader Plumbing was seamless and professional. Appointment scheduling was easy and their follow up texts and emails were accurate and timely. Our technician Austin showed up as scheduled and completed repairs professionally and even made a run to Lowe’s to get a part. All within the estimate. He also took a Quick Look at another unrelated issue we had with a fireplace gas line while on site. Made a simple assessment, found the problem, and showed us how to manage it in the future. Excellent knowledgeable and professional

  Christian and Daniel did a smoke test on our house to look for the cause of a sewer odor in the main bathroom. They found a broken vent pipe and repaired it. They then did a follow-up test to ensure the pipe was fixed correctly. They were very good to work with and listened attentively to our concerns to make sure they were addressed. They took the necessary time to find and resolve the problem. Both were a pleasure to work with and we will use Schrader Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

  John was nothing short of amazing! We initially thought we only had a few small fixes, but it quickly turned out to be more than that. John was extremely professional—he took the time to explain and even show us the additional items that needed attention. While working on our ice maker, he also discovered a leak at another sink we didn’t even know about! His attention to detail and honesty were greatly appreciated. The pricing was very fair, even with the extra work required. John is truly an A+ professional, and the company deserves the same grade. We’ll definitely be returning customers!

  Absolutely Outstanding! I recently had a plumbing issue—a burst pipe in my kitchen—and called Schrader Plumbing LLC. To start I'm a corporate account Executive who works for a fortune 500 company who prides ourselves on customer service. From the initial emergency call to the final cleanup, the entire experience was absolutely outstanding and truly deserving of a five-star rating. Joh and his apprentice were courteous and immediately understood the urgency. John arrived promptly, even slightly ahead of schedule. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the problem and the necessary repair steps before starting any work.   I had a flange break on my toilet causing it to leak water at the base. Schrader quoted $2400 to repair AND said floor tile would have to be broken out around the toilet. This would add a huge expense to retile the bathroom floor on top of the exorbitant repair price. The quote also included wording that would allow for the price to be arbitrarily increased once the work was underway if deemed necessary. I wasn't about to leave myself open to this kind of exposure. I called another company and they made the repair for $850 with NO damage to floor tile. Needless to say, I'm not a fan of this company and their ridiculous pricing. Additional Info You Requested: Address of Service- 505 Dalton Drive, Hurst Your guy stuck me for $295 to pull the toilet and look at it for about 5 minutes which I also deemed exorbitant.
