The other companies quoted us many different services costing thousands of dollars and we weren't sure what we actually needed. Honest Abe came out and told us we could do those services but they were not absolutely necessary and showed us how to clean our unit ourselves since we were about to have our baby and were on a tight budget. The next year we signed up for their maintenance services and we have been happy ever since. One thing I really like is they tell you what parts are starting to wear down and will need replacement in the next year or so, without pushing you to buy it right then. They are always friendly and easy to schedule with.
