This company came to pick it up the next week without attempting to notify me, and proceeded to drive around my property aimlessly after a heavy rain, through mud rutting up the grass. All for nothing because they brought the wrong truck to pick up the trailer. After calling again multiple times and multiple promises the unit would be picked up, yet 3 weeks after the event the trailer is still here. The majority of the time no one answers when I call during business hours, and instead of allowing me to leave a message it just rings continuously. So fed up with this place.
