- BCBlanca CastañedaMay 5, 20201.0placed an order for shower floor never received a call, days later my original delivery date I called and was told they had called me to set up a delivery time, I never received a phone call I have a caller ID and answering machine and no prove they called. I set up a second delivery and my item was extremely damaged of course I denied my delivery. I waited 7 hours for my delivery and waisted a whole day from work. My contracted is supposed to come tomorrow to finish and I have no shower floor. Very disappointed to see my item not packaged better so the delivery company would not mess it up. I will attempt to contact someone first thing in the morning.
