Even to this day, she is still quick to respond to any questions we have (this past week it was helping us find the right fence stain color!!) ! It’s impressive really, that she doesn’t ever lose her patience and she keeps her same warm personality each time we connect. She made our home touring and purchase seamless. When you meet her you know you can trust her: she’s from good people and the company is lucky to have such an asset to the team.

From the moment we inquired about working with Brightland, there was not a question left unanswered. Above all else, she is personable, professional, and most of all, friendly. She truly made us feel right at home, and ultimately made our home-buying decision easy for us. There's not a thing we would change!

Arrived to model home with opened hours and outside stated that counselor was with customer but that the home was not closed. We called x3 and waited outside the home while we waited for a response. Didn’t receive phone call back, but a text stating they would not be returning and that it was by appointment only, which again, is not stated anywhere as a requirement. We drove 2 hours to see this home and the other location in San Antonio (hour apart) only to find both without representatives. We were told by all other Gehan locations we could arrive to a model home during times posted and be able to see the home; this was not the case. House was nice from outside.
