  Heather at Brightland Homes @ Veramendi is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. From the moment we inquired about working with Brightland, there was not a question left unanswered. Above all else, she is personable, professional, and most of all, friendly. She truly made us feel right at home, and ultimately made our home-buying decision easy for us. There's not a thing we would change!

  I am writing this review to make people aware that when you put your deposit and pay for your upgrades all be good, but when this builder cannot deliver what you paid for , they will get nasty with you and you cannot even have your money back for upgrades you paid. I tried to reach out to supervisor she wont respond or work with you on any resolutions of your problem and complains. I was told take what they have , no price adjustment no money back just take all horrible things they can offer instead of nice upgrades you paid for. Look the up , so many people complaint about Gehan Builder. Horrible and probably will end up in court
