    I love Meyer Ranch and the Brightland homes. They are beautiful and spacious and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.     The worse, if I could show you photos of my flooring that they defectively installed you would cringe. Absolute last of costumer service, basically the company is a merry-go-round of no help! Dont buy new from them

    It is completely sad that Gehan would ever let the textured walls and painting we see in our home be a finished product. When asked for some of the items to be rerun the response is well we will ask but they may not do it. There are so many issues it’s hard to keep track. The fence is broken, scratched windows, installed the wrong kitchen facet, huge whole in the carpet stairs, among other things we are still waiting on them to come back and finish. When we call the response is a lazy oh they haven’t called you yet. Would not recommend Gehan. If there was a negative star review I would leave it.
