  Dustin came out on Sunday April 26 after 3:00pm to unclog our A/C line. He arrived less than 30 minutes after we called and fixed the problem in a very short period of time. He was very nice and explained in detail what he was going to do. We have used MidCounty Plumbing in the past for a major plumbing job and was very pleased with the work they did!

  We had a very disappointing experience with this plumbing company. We paid $500 for a sewer inspection and video on a home we are currently under contract to purchase. We waited about a week just to receive a rough estimate, which came in around $10,000 ( not a small job). Given the size of the project and the fact that we are working with a mortgage company on a rehab loan, we requested a detailed written bid outlining the scope of work and costs. Initially, we were told this would be provided within a few days. However, we were later informed that we would need to pay an additional $500 just for them to return to the property and prepare a detailed estimate. This would bring our total to over $1,000 without any actual repair work being completed. When we questioned this and asked if they were interested in taking on the job, we did not receive a clear answer. For a project of this size, transparency and communication are critical. Charging such a high additional fee simply to provide a detailed bid—especially after already paying for an inspection—feels unreasonable and discouraging. Unfortunately, this experience has led us to look elsewhere for a company that is more straightforward.

  My thanks to Shadrak, Dustin, Zane, and one other gentleman, whose name I didn't catch! They did a great job over the 2 days. Also they showed kindness, integrity, honesty as individuals and as a company. I highly recommend them!

  Dustin did an awesome, in less than 30 minutes my situation was handled. I had two other plumbers come out and couldn't get the job done. Thank you Mid County Plumbers, and to my man Dustin. God Bless you brother, continue to keep your customers happy.

  I called yesterday afternoon after watching an outside faucet drip for too long! Tech was there at 8am the next morning. Did everything he could to salvage the valve and save me money but ended up having to change the faucet out. The tech was a great guy and didnt even mind all my questions. Will call them next time for sure.
