- CSConnie ScrogginsAug 8, 20255.0I would give Julie and Bryant 10 stars if I could!!!! 4:30 on a Friday afternoon A/C stopped working. I called and talked to Julie, telling her I know it’s too late for today, but could she please possibly get me on the schedule for Monday morning. She assured me a tech would be out today, and one hour later Bryant showed up. Took him only about 30 minutes to diagnose and change out the capacitor. I am so thankful!!!! Definitely recommend Ferrara’s!
