  Thirteen years ago P and L Generators installed a whole house generator for us. Since that time, they have kept it serviced and repaired. For 13 years and through many power outages, the generator faithfully kicks on and keeps us operating as usual. Because of the dedication and expertise of the front office and technicians, we have never experienced a single issue. If a repair was necessary, they have always been quick to respond with the solution. P&L has always gone above and beyond even when a winter storm is hours away and a repair is necessary. I highly recommend P and L Generators whether you need a turn up key installation, replacement or service. Thank you P and L Generators!

  If you were having phone problems, you could have updated your outgoing messages to the customers with a way to contact the office such as the email you mentioned in the reply. I’m sure this is not your first experience with bad weather. You should be prepared for these types of contingencies. We used a different company. They solved the problem in five minutes with no visit. Nor did they charge us $250 for a call back plus $300 for a visit to the house. This is a perfect example of price gouging the customer
