  The January 2026 winter storm power disruption and subsequent power surge disabled the blower on my heat pump unit. A call was made to Jon Wayne and within the hour Devon Pettiet arrived and repaired the problem. While we did have electric service leading up to the repair, there's only so much a wood stove can do to heat an entire house. That said, we did managed to get through 3 days of 48 degrees inside the house and Devon's quick diagnosis and remedy of the problem had the house returning to a warm and comfortable temperature in practically no time. We have used Jon Wayne for over 10 years when problems arose and I cannot recommend them more highly. Whether it was Jasper, Andy or Devon, the team at J.W. ALWAYS exceeds my expectations. Other companies could learn a lesson in exemplary customer service from J.W. Thanks guys!

  Mason was punctual, called prior to arriving to my home. Professional and courteous while providing maintenance service to my heating and air unit. Thank you for caring!

  the man that answered the phone was very rude and very unprofessional he does not back up anything anyone promises and talks on there behalf like they have no word I will not be calling them back ever again
