  We had an excellent experience with TCB Elite Fleet, LLC from start to finish. Our insurance initially denied the claim, and we honestly thought we were stuck. Instead of walking away, they appealed the decision, hired a third-party adjuster, and fought for us until the claim was approved. They handled the entire insurance process, kept us informed, and made everything as stress-free as possible. Since our home had an older type of roof, they upgraded the shingles and modernized the roofing system, and the improvement in quality and appearance is very noticeable. The work was done professionally and efficiently, but what really sets them apart is the people. They are honest, respectful, and truly family-oriented, and you can tell they care about doing things the right way. If you’re dealing with an insurance claim or have an older roof that needs updating, I highly recommend TCB Elite Fleet, LLC. They go above and beyond.

This was for my parents’ roof replacement, and from start to finish, the professionalism, honesty, and work ethic were truly unmatched. Charlie is not your typical salesman who overpromises and underdelivers—he is honest, realistic, and follows through on everything he says. What impressed us most was how seamlessly Charlie worked with the insurance company. He handled the entire claims process, communicated directly with them, and required very little involvement from us. He clearly has deep expertise in navigating insurance claims and advocating for his clients. Because of his diligence and skill, we ended up paying about half of what we originally expected, which was a huge relief. Charlie never overpromised—he only delivered.
