  Carlos was polite, on time and professional. He answered all questions and called in to the office to verify our questions and answers. He also provided great customer service by informing us of how to maintain the water heater. Thanks Carlos!!

  My garbage disposal was leaking. I was upset because I thought this could be repaired, but I was told it couldn’t and needed to be replaced. I was very satisfied with the installation, but it was definitely overpriced.

  I've worked with this company several times without incident. They've serviced our rental property as well as our family home. Our last experience didn't end well and we will not use nor recommend them in the future. We paid a service fee for a leak in an upstairs restroom. We didn't end up getting them to repair it. A family member replaced it for us. A few days later we followed up to schedule a faucet replacement for the kitchen. I asked if we'd need to pay another trip fee and was told no we didn't need to and we'd just need to pay the labor fee this was communicated by Zelena. We were quoted $249 by text, but originally were quoted $225 which David said he would honor since Zelena gave us that price. We were sent an invoice for $130 which we paid before the plumber arrived. When he left we were told there was a balance due which didn't make sense to me because I was told the service fee/trip fee would go towards this new service. I called their number to clarify and after explaining myself David lost his temper. He kept telling me it was a different service etc. I just wanted clarity on why they would honor the price Zelena gave, but not the fact that Zelena said there wasn't an additional trip fee. I told David several times on our call that he was being rude and unprofessional. I asked if their calls are recorded because he could confirm what I was told. He didn't care and kept telling me he was going to get off the phone and saying things like, "are you gonna let me talk". What I don't understand is, if we needed to pay a second trip fee why wasn't that charged before they arrived like it's always been each time before. Long story short, David is the issue in all of this. Everyone else was professional and kind. He is the reason this company has lost our business!

  We have used Britton Waterworks for multiple projects and never had any issues at all. Today, We wanted a simple sink faucet replacement. The company has come out earlier in the week to see a scope of work at our home, the sink faucet did not need to be viewed because it is self explanatory. We asked would our trip fee be deducted from the final total. It was confirmed via the sales team. Today we pay another fee and we are thinking this is it. We get the service and the tech sent out let's us know we have another fee. We call the number and this must be the BOSS. I can hear him mansplaining the entire time on the phone to my wife who is trying to be very nice and ensure that he understands the situation. I would have been hung up but that's another story! Nothing is accomplished and the BOSS is just super rude, arrogant, etc. I would let anyone know to NEVER use this company. I surely will not!!
