He did not make me feel pressured to add additional services and was very helpful in explaining what he found and how he would repair it. Valente also gave me a price breakdown of labor and parts along with the difference in a diagnostic and troubleshooting fee. Overall I think this company is great and Valente provided us with amazing customer service 10/10.

She informed me that she could get a technician to our home and it would not be an after hours call. Valente Garcia got here in 45minutes as promised. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything to us. It took him less than 30 minutes to fix the problem outside. He made sure all of our plumbing was working correctly and gave us advice on preventative maintenance. He did not rush through anything and made sure we were satisfied with the service. The price was extremely reasonable also. My husband and I know who to call if we have another emergency. We will definitely refer this outstanding company to anyone who needs the service. Top notch service from the initial phone call to the actual service.
