I’m getting my appointment scheduled to being updated about my appointment and the technician coming. Edward, the technician is also very professional and did a great job. He took his time and thoroughly checked the water heater. Very good in explaining what was wrong with it and even call the manufacturer to see if there was some type of warranty.

I was very frustrated with 2 different plumbing companies that came, stared at my water heater and after that never heard from them. I won’t name them, but I was very disappointed with them.
