  Fabian did a good job today he showed me pictures of the work he did and everything he found. I’ve used other companies and no one has ever done a fantastic job like Fabian did today. Colair is a great company with great employees.

  Something they don't mention in their ads is that you would have to pay for a consultant fee before any job is done . That should be one of the things mentioned especially the price of the fee. Not everyone is made of money , not everyone owns the house that needs help with their a/c issues

  I was experiencing an issue where a couple of rooms in my home were consistently warmer than the others, so I initially suspected that I might need additional insulation in the attic. I contacted Colair to request a quote, and their technician, Frank Salinas, came out to assess the situation. Frank immediately established a friendly rapport—he noticed my 49ers sign and jokingly mentioned he might not be able to help since he’s a Patriots fan. It was a playful start to what turned out to be a very thorough and professional visit. He began by using a thermal imaging camera to check the temperatures around the vents inside the house before heading up to the attic to conduct the same evaluation. During the inspection, he clearly demonstrated significant air leaks around the vents using the thermal imager. After moving some of the insulation, we could actually hear whistling from the leaks, confirming that a substantial amount of air was escaping into the attic. Based on his findings, Frank explained that my attic insulation levels were within the recommended range—slightly low, but still acceptable. He was transparent in stating that adding more insulation would only serve as a temporary “band-aid” solution and would not resolve the root cause of the problem. Instead, he identified the ductwork as the primary issue and recommended repairing it to properly address the airflow imbalance. After discussing the available solutions, I decided to move forward with repairing the AC ducts. I also mentioned an issue with the AC not draining properly, and the team addressed that as well by fixing the drainage piping. Once the work was completed, we conducted a thorough walkthrough to ensure everything met my expectations. I appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and quality of service provided.
