- SNSally NeffSep 21, 20231.0I was having to replace my aerobic system. I had Massey’s come out on a Saturday to empty out the 2 tanks. Another company was going to install the new system on Monday. When they got there, they told me that only one of the tanks had been emptied. Really?? We had to get another company to come out that day to pump out the tank. Massey’s charged me $500 for both, then I had to pay $250 to the second company. Massey’s won’t respond to me to make this right. Terrible customer service.
