  I am not happy with the experience I have had so far. I feel betrayed by the marketing that there is a possibility for a $40k flex cash to ge me in the door but then I am told that the homes in that community do not qualify (even though that community is listed in the disclaimer for the promo). I also was approved by the lender (as per Stephanie) but no one from the lender has communicated to me. I am concerned about moving forward with this process if they are not going to communicate properly. If this is the experience trying to get in the door then I am afraid of what the actual building process will look like. Stephanie has been as helpful as she can be but we have gotten mixed consistency in responses. I do appreciate the transparency in sharing the HOA guidelines prior to signing so that I could make my decision but I wish they would have shared it prior to pushing that they are required to perform a hard credit pull before continuing to work with me when I already had two other pre-approvals available. It’s been two days since I have supposedly been approved by the lender but no one has shared a cost estimate sheet - how is this possible?! I worked with two other lenders, including a credit union and within two hours I had all of that already.
