- SDShanqunethia DelaphousDec 15, 20251.0Horrible communication skills. They did not honor their contract! I would never recommend this builder to anyone. It does no good to go to cooperate regarding Anything, they are horrible as well. This company has caused me severe stress and anxiety. Their in house lenders aren’t any better. Unfortunately, I had an awful experience through and through, however, I was able to find something a lot better with another builder and I am extremely satisfied. Beazer has to learn to do better, whenever asked I make sure I share every single detail regarding my encounter.
