- MRMichaela RuizMay 11, 20231.05/10/23 We have a warranty on our HVAC unit from Beazer Homes. Our AC has been out for more than a day in 86 degree weather with a baby. They have not been responsive or timely in fixing the unit. Our phone calls and texts and emails have gone unanswered. When they finally texted back, they stated they won’t be able to come out to fix the unit for more days. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. 5/17/23 UPDATED: AC STILL NOT FIXED AND NO ONE HAS GIVEN US AN ETA.
